St. Vincent's Hospice provides specialist palliative care for people throughout the Renfrewshire locality. The Hospice originally opened as an eight-bedded unit in North Road, Johnstone in January 1988 and moved to its present location in Howwood in March 1993. Since then, the scale and diversity of care has grown steadily.
